Developed and maintained work instructions and process details in cooperation with Manufacturing and Product Engineering to meet production needs as well as I.S.O. standards. Created and modified AERRO BOMs and POD labels with the use of EDB, Lotus Notes and SFDM. Conducted process audits and time and motion studies to improve processes. Created process with the use of Microsoft Excel to track pilot units, which resulted in processing pilot units for production faster and more efficiently.
