WORK EXPERIENCE :
1) Presently Working for WIPRO GE Medical Systems as “Production Associate” trainee from Sep-2001 to till date.
2) 1 Year experience in transformers and coil winding, components assembly, soldering, Inspection , booting and Testing of PCB cards used in Telephones & Exchange systems in I.T.I as Apprentice Trainee in C.DOT Dept.
3) 6 months experience in manufacturing of Semi-Conductors like Transistors,ICs,MOSFET & MOSMIC SMDs in Silicon Division in B.E.L And has experience hands on machine like wafers cutting, assembly , Pin soldering, blasting ,cutting, trimming, testing the components, Laser marking and finally Quality testing.
4) Having 1year partime experience in manufacturing of CTVproducts like splitters ,tap offs ,dividers,recivers, modulators,amplifiers,alternator,equlizer,filters etc in pvt factory.
5) Worked in Blue Star company as a technician, job involved in servicing, installing and
repairing of water coolers, deep freezers and water purifiers for a period of 3 months

CURRENT JOB ASSIGNMENTS :

- Worked on all accessories meant for GEMS-IT products at GE Medical Systems.
- Products involved TOCO , ULTRASOUND,REM,WALL PLATES,LEG PLATES ,EAGLE REMOTE LIGHT ,CABLES Analog to Digital converter and Fast Assembly.

ACHIEVEMENTS :

Part of Gems-IT team which made 100 Crores turn over in its first year of operation and was rewarded with a camera during the year 2001.
Also received a gift voucher of Rs. 1500/= for completing 100 Crores of exports in 6 months for the current year 2002.
Jigs Implementation:-
1>Test jigs for checking continuity of Cables with Poke Yoke system (fool proofing Jigs)
2> Insert fixing jig for Toco and Ultrasound.
3> Pin insertion jig for cables.
20 Jigs implemented and in use for daily production.
