JOB PROFILE:

As a Production Engineer I am working in SMT section ( a manufacturing section of Mother-Board,Add-on-cards,Memory-module,etc.). I am responsible for :
- Programming of the machine for different PCBs. Like Mother Board, AGP Cards, Memory Modual.
- Final Inspection and Testing of the Product and approves the sample.
- Rework and repairing of the cards with SOP's,QFP's & BGA.
- Soldering of the fine pitch SMD components like QFP's,SOP's,
- MANUAL INSERTION and SURFACE MOUNTING TECHNOLOGY line handaling.

EXTRA RESPONCIBILITY:

- Involved in sample assembly, testing and troubleshooting of Multimedia PC's & High-end servers. in SID section.
- Q.C. and Packing line monitoring.

TRAINING:

- Attended a training of 15 days on SMT Machine operation and programming by a team of engineers from Singapore.
- Attended a training of ISO-9002.
