With the head start given us by the CP-6-series machines, Fuji has pused high-speed mounting to a new level with the CP-732E placing rate of 0.068 sec./chip.

Down Sizing
The only thing the CP-732E didn't inherit from the CP-6-series was its size. The rotary turret and device tables have been shrunk, resulting in a machine 44% the length of the CP-643E, and a 60% footprint reduction.
Touch Screen
The machine is equipped with Fuji's new Windows driven touch screen interface. Tracking advantage of Windows simplicity, operators will benefit from this easier to use system.
 
 
Unbeatable 0.6 sec./PCB Loading

The carrier loader system introduced with the CP-643E has been refined to further benefit users with a loading speed of 1.2 sec./PCB, or 0.6 sec./PCB with double loading.

Batch feeder Exchange

By employing a batch changeover system, users can substantially cut associated downtime. A feeder set is loaded onto the machine in one go with the pallet device table system. A special loading trolley called the PCU (pallet change unit) allows any operator to easily load a feeder set quickly and smoothly.
