MYDATA MY15 - for high-mix production at any volume.

The MY15 is the ideal assembly machine for high-mix, high-volume production for customers who doesn't want the large feeder capability of the MY19.

The MY15 combines speed of 21,000 CPH on chips and ultra-fine pitch/BGA capability with 192 x 8 mm feeders. The machine also reaches a top speed of 6,100 CPH on fine-pitch components with the Linescan Vision System. The machine is a popular choice when there is a need for high-mix production at any volume.

The MY15 offers highly accurate SMD placement by incorporating the MYDATA Linux-based TPSys control software. This system provides ease and flexibility in programming. It also allows multi-tasking (TPSys lets several tasks be performed simultaneously during production), multi-user access and multi-board production features.

  • HYDRA Speedmount:: 21,000 CPH on chips (tact time 0.17 s).
  • Linescan Vision System (LVS): 6,100 CPH on fine-pitch components (tact time 0.59 s). 
  Accuracy:
  • Repeatability of 15 mm at 3 sigma.
  Feeder capacity:
  • 192 x 8 mm tapes or
  • 216 SOIC tubes or
  • 160 x 8 mm tapes and 32 JEDEC trays (with TEX).
