The MY9 is the smallest machine in the MY-Series. With its small footprint and configured with at least one MYDATA Tray Exchanger; the high-speed fine-pitch Linescan Vision System, placing 6,100 CPH; and the ultra-fine placement head Midas, with an accuracy of 15 mm at 3 sigma, the machine is the perfect choice as a fine-pitch placer at the end of a chip-shooter line.

MY9 runs on the TPSys system software. It is Linux-based and provides a sophisticated real time control system with multi-user, multi-tasking, and multi-product production features. It also includes a user access system where databases and functions can be protected from non-authorized operators and an event log for easy access to management and quality data from production.

Feeder capacity:	96 x 8 mm tapes or 90 SOIC tubes or 64 x 8 mm tapes and 32 JEDEC trays (with TEX).
