SCS Parylene: SCS is credited as being the originator of Parylene. Parylene is a vapor deposited pinhole free protective film. It is perfectly conformal and bio-compatible. It is inert and protects against moisture, chemicals, and electrical charge. Parylene is commonly used in many industries including Automotive, Aerospace, Electronics, Medical Devices, Rubber Moldings, and Ferrite Cores.

SCS has more Parylene coating expertise and resources than any other company in the world, operating Parylene contract service at 10 worldwide coating centers (5 in North America, 3 in Europe, 2 in Asia). We also sell Parylene equipment and Parylene Dimer.

SCS Selective Coating/Curing Systems are ideal for large and small companies that need to apply a variety of conformal coatings to PCB’s and other electronic assemblies.

SCS 4398 is an easy to program and operate, high quality system which coats PCB’s and other electronic assembly without the difficulties of masking and de-masking.

SCS Spin Coaters/Lab Line: SCS manufactures Spin Coaters, Dip Coaters, UV Cure Ovens, and Parylene Labcoters®i which are ideal for small production and R&D applications.

SCS Instrument Group manufactures Ionograph and Omegameter equipment to test for ionic contamination and cleanliness of PCB's and other devices. The Instrument group also manufacturers the SPIDA (Solder Paste Inspection and Data Analysis). This fiber optic system measures height and volume of solder paste. All of the data can be generated and analyzed in Microsoft®i Excel format.
