Precision

High-precision from a high-rigidity frame

By reducing vibration and improving rigidity through thorough structural analysis, high precision and high durability is achieved.

  • Bed portion
A plate-soldered monocoque frame firmly supports the precision head assembly.

  • Y-axis frame
The frame Vibration-free to a minimum and annealed for protect against shearing stress can retain high precision for a long time.

  • X-axis beam
The frame with high rigidity and light-weight can highly be resistant to twisting, beding and vibration.

High-precision PCB mounting even in variable environments

Automatically calibrates every slight change in the machine and in the coordinates of board patterns that oocur over time, in order to ensure the same high-precision mounting.

  • Mutual correction of PCB coordinates and head position(patent pending)
The camera automatically tracks the contraction and expansion of the PCB as well as shearing stress in the machine that may arise over time, and automatically align the PCB with the machine, to maintain mounting precision.

  • 4-point correction to correct distortion of the PCB's coordinates(patent pending)
Even if the X and Y coordinates of the PCB are distorted, 4-point fiducial correction allows components to be aligned precisely on the pad.

Maintenance-free in long use

The rigid, durable frame and reliable AC servo motor for all axes ensure that you can use any model in the Full Vision Series with complete safety in long use.

  • Highly durable frame
The product of thorough structural analysis, the frame's strucure undergoes almost no change in long time. Thanks to this rigid structure, each part of the frame is subjected to much less shearing stress, ensuring high durability over a long time.
  • AC servo motor for all heads
All axes use a maintenance-free AC servo motor. The servo motors require no brushing, avoiding the possibility of motor failure caused by brushing powder.

  • Simplified mechanism
A simplified mechanism is used for improved durability and easy maintenance. This in turn increases durability.
