Triple heads with large-size syringe
Has triple heads, each with a larg-size 30cc syringe. With nozzle
replacement, can apply adhesive and cream solder as well. It can also use a
10cc syringe with an adapter.
Stabilized application performance
Uses Yamaha's unique air flow units and automatic application compensation
software to measure the amount of glue applied, using the change in the
amount of liquid inside the syringe. This allows reliable application.
Standard heat regulation
Equipped with a syringe heat regulator as standard, essential for reliable
application.

High-rigidity frame
Uses a high-rigidity frame for high precision. Minimizes vibration by using
computerized analysis and simulation.
High-precision application
Equipped with a fiducial function(automatic PCB position compensation) as
standard. Using this function, any error that might occur in the reference
hole and outer configuration position are automatically compensated for,
enabling high-precision application.
High-speed application of 0.13 sec/point
Provides high-speed operation but with less precision. Uses a maintenance
free AC servo motor to increase productivity.

Automatic generation of dispensing data
When the mounting data is already written, the dispensing data can be
generated from it.
Automatic sorting of data
The dispensing data is automatically sorted, so the distance keeper will
never damage the dispensed glue on the PCB.
The same operability as that of the Full Vision Series
Because it uses the same easy-to-use software as the Full Vision Series
mounters, it is equally user-friendly. In addition, because mounting data is
usable without the need for editing, superb operability is assured.
Easy data editing
As in the case of the mounters, data teaching, data tracing and P.I.C.
