Well established laser recognition system
A mounting rate of over 99.99% even for type 1005 chip components
Achieves a mounting rate of over 99.99% for type 1005 chip components which
are prone to producing recognition errors. Has an excellent record for
mounting.
Recognizing 1005-PLCC84 pins using a laser
The laser recognition system uses a laser alignment module system for
recognizing the shadows of chip components with a laser beam. Its mounting
accuracy is extremely high, less than +-0.1mm.
High-precision vision recognition system
Mounting of QFPs with a lead pitch of 0.3mm
This system consists of a fine pitch CCD camera and a 512x480 pixel, 256
gray scale vision recognition system for mounting QFPs with a lead pitch of
+-0.04mm. The high accuracy is due to Yamaha's unique algorithm for
detection of all leads.
Recognizing 54mm QFPs at high speed
With a wide range of component recognition and the ability to recognize 54mm
QFPs as well as other odd-shaped components at once, recognition time is
very short. Moreover, Yamaha's unique algoritm allows high-speed,
high-precision mounitng of large-sized components too.
Recognizing 100mm connectors
Using a special additional single-view camera, this mounter is capable of
handling 100mm connectors.
Reflection lighting unit that extends your applications
Handles BGAs, micro-BGAs, various CSPs and other special connectors
This reflection lighting unit is included for recognition of components that
must be illuminated from behind. Yamaha has a wealth of experience mounting
BGAs(recognizing all of balls), special connectors, bonding pads, etc.
Handling very long connectors
Recognizes very long connectors at once, checks all their leads, and mounts
them with high precision. (Yamaha is willing to accept custom orders.)
Various purpose for odd-shaped components
Auto nozzle changing increases the ability to handle more types of
components
A wide variety of nozzles and full-servo Z-axis are available for different
shapes of component. Special nozzles are also available for odd-shaped
components, such as long connectors and special transducers. The nozzles can
be combined with the auto nozzle change system to handle a wider variety of
components.
Handling components 15mm high max.
Mounts components up to 15mm high while retaining high precision,
significantly increasing the number of components that can be handled. (Can
be adapted to handle components up to 20mm high on request.)
Handling up to 94 kinds of tapes
Mounts 94 kinds of tapes max. Use of the YTF100A as well makes it possible
to mount up to 100 kinds of trays, increasing the generality of application.
Handling L457xW407 large PCBs
In order to increase the generality of application, handles large-sized PCBs
up to L457xW407mm. (Can be adapted to handle PCBs up to 600mmxW510mm on
request.)
Adaptable to many specific requests
Yamaha has responded to special orders and made the YVL88 capable of
handling ceramic boards (L15mmxW10mm min.) and thin type boards (0.4t), and
of mounting bare chips and BGAs. Yamaha has also enabled the supply of
particular types of component using parts feeders.
