for Participation! If you are interested in teaching a course or presenting
a paper, we have two opportunities for you in 2001. ABSTRACT DEADLINE
DECEMBER 15, 2000.
The Academy program was initiated in 1992, and is designed to provide
regional/local education to our members. It is a 2-day program offering
a variety of subjects ranging from basic SMT to advanced packaging.
If you are interested in submitting a course abstract, the details

You are invited to participate in our national conference (in Boston
June 13-14, 2001) on ADVANCED PACKAGING TECHNOLOGIES IN THE ELECRONICS
INDUSTRY. The two industry areas that are being addressed for this
conference are "Progress in Lead Free Soldering Technology" and "Packaging
Technology for the Telecommunications Industry". More details can
